Terms of Service

This document is an official offer (public offer) to enter into a license agreement for the use of the CyberPulse Security PRO software under the terms below.

1. Terms and Definitions

Rights Holder — the entity holding exclusive rights to CyberPulse Security PRO software and granting a non-exclusive license for its use. Full details of the Rights Holder are specified in Section 11.

User — the individual or entity accepting this offer by payment.

License — non-exclusive right to use the software under the selected plan.

Acceptance — full and unconditional acceptance by payment.

2. Subject of the Offer

The Rights Holder grants a non-exclusive license to use the software on a WordPress site per the selected plan.

Non-exclusive means the Rights Holder may grant similar licenses to others.

3. Plans and Pricing

Plans are published on the license purchase site. Changes do not affect already paid licenses.

Payment in RUB via available payment systems.

4. Acceptance and License Provision

1. User selects a plan and makes payment.
2. License key is sent to User email.
3. User activates the license in WordPress admin.
4. PRO features become available upon activation.

5. Rights and Obligations

5.1. Rights Holder undertakes to:

• Provide license key after payment.
• Ensure PRO features work during the paid period.
• Release software updates.
• Provide technical support.

5.2. User undertakes to:

• Use software per this offer and applicable law.
• Not transfer the license key to third parties.
• Not modify or reverse-engineer the software.
• Not use software for illegal activities.

6. License Duration

Duration is determined by the selected plan:

• PRO Monthly — 30 calendar days.
• PRO Yearly — 365 calendar days.
• PRO Lifetime — perpetual.

After expiration, PRO features are disabled. Basic protection continues to work. Settings are preserved.

7. Usage Terms

• One license per domain (unless plan states otherwise).
• License is non-transferable.
• Modification of source code is prohibited.
• Rights Holder may suspend license for violations.

8. Refund

Refunds per the Refund Policy. Available within 7 days if license not activated.

9. Limitation of Liability

Software provided "as is". Rights Holder not liable for damages from use.

Software does not replace comprehensive security approach.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes resolved through negotiation, then per applicable law.
